（中央社記者蔡智明嘉義縣7日電）以「烘焙坊」概念打造的嘉縣朴子市大同國小中央廚房今天揭牌啟用，供應3所國中小學校營養午餐；配合行政院「班班吃石斑」政策，中午清蒸石斑魚讓這3所學校師生大啖高價海鮮。

歷經一年多的空間建置與設備更新，朴子市大同國小中央廚房今天中午揭牌啟用，嘉義縣長翁章梁、教育部國教署學務校安組長黃瀞儀、農委會漁業署簡任技正林宗善等人一同剪綵。

址翁章梁接受媒體聯訪指出，中央廚房是由在地建築師詹益源設計，以「烘焙坊」為主軸打造一座健康優質、具複合性教育功能的現代化校園建築，改變學校廚房以往給人潮溼黏膩的印象，由教育部國民及學前教育署補助新台幣3500萬元經費。

翁章梁說，大同國小央廚啟動後，供應大同國小、朴子國中及竹村國小等3所學校約2000多名師生營養午餐，今天也配合行政院「班班吃石斑」政策，中午清蒸石斑魚給大同國小師生享用，他與師生共餐，石斑肉質美味。

嘉義縣農業處表示，「班班吃石斑」政策，由行政院補助1108萬經費，提供嘉縣高中以下（含附幼）共144所學校、3萬2000多名師生在這學期營養午餐吃4次石斑魚。

嘉義縣教育處指出，為提升學生午餐品質，縣府也爭取教育部補助偏鄉中央廚房廚工薪資、食材運輸費用，並將每日的食材費提升到62元（含三章一Q補助）。（編輯：黃世雅）1111107
